Here is screenshots of video problem when timeline skipping in VLC. Also with these files in Bandifix, it mostly says 'file is not corrupted' but the file is really very corrupted (like black video and audio problem) and crashes Bandifix. But when I look at a problem video in Bandicut, usually they still have a playback problem when I skip to a time (it doesnt load the new frame, it just goes back to the start of the timeline or freezes on the old frame).Īlso, when there is a black screen video, it is a problem in VLC and Bandicut also. Sometimes it shows the problem in VLC, but doesnt have the same visual or audio problem in Bandicut. To watch my videos I use VLC Media Player. I need a reliable program for my recording, but Bandicam is not reliable Sometimes I can fix a video with Bandifix, but sometimes it cannot be fixed. But maybe one of the 5 minute videos is black, another video has some corrupt audio in it, another video has corrupt visuals during playback. All videos use exactly the same encode settings, during the same recording session. So if I record for 15 minutes, I get three 5 minute videos. I set it to split the video file every 5 minutes.
My computer is a 4770K i7, with Geforce 780Ti, and 32GB of RAM.
I mostly use the NVENC codec, but the problems also happen with the Motion JPEG codec.
But some video with no voice recording (secondary device disabled) also have the problems. I think these problems mostly occur when I try to do voice recording also (Two Sound Mixing). Sometimes this can be fixed with Bandifix. Sometimes this is because the game crashed, but it also happens when the game did not crash. 4th problem is some videos have no length. When I try to fix this file with Bandifix, it just crashes Bandifix. Sometimes these videos also have bad audio. 2nd problem is very terribly distorted/corrupted audio. 1st problem is distorted visuals during playback. I thought Bandisoft would fix the problems, but it still happens with newest versions. I have been having some problems with Bandicam for a long time.
